A handmade leather journal cover, made your way. Fits A5 journals and notebooks. Choose your leather, grommets, and elastic, then add pockets, a pen holder, and your initials or name.

This journal cover is cut and stitched by hand from Herman Oak veg-tanned leather, the kind of leather that doesn’t wear out so much as wear in. It starts out structured and beautiful, then softens and deepens with every bag it rides in, every trailhead, and every airport floor. No two covers age the same, because no two people carry them the same way. *Charms not included.

And it’s yours to design. Every cover is made to order, so you choose the details that make it feel like it was made for you.

• Leather color: choose the hue that fits your story
• Grommet finish: silver, gunmetal, brass, or antique brass
• Elastic color: pick the closure that pulls it together
• Interior pockets: add one to the front cover, the back cover, or both, for boarding passes, ticket stubs, receipts, and pressed flowers
• Pen holder: choose a single-pen or double-pen holder, so your pen (or two) is always where you left it
• Personalization: add your initials or your name
