Crafting Time & Policies

Every can cooler is made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your item to be crafted and prepared for shipping. Because each piece is handcrafted and photographed in different lighting, colors may appear slightly different in pictures than they do in person. Since each item is personalized, custom orders aren’t eligible for returns or refunds — however, your satisfaction matters deeply. If something isn’t quite right, reach out and I’ll work with you to make it right.
